We guarantee your jewellery pieces to be free from any manufacturing defect for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover general wear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorised resellers.

All moissanite diamond jewellery comes with lifetime warranty on its GRA Certificate. This covers manufacturing defects, including loose or damaged stones. Accidental damage or wear and tear is not included in this warranty.
