Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery as much as we love creating it. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Returns

We accept returns for store credit on eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, in its original condition and returned in the original packaging.
All shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

Returned items must be in satisfactory condition; items that are damaged or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your store credit within 2 business days if accepted.

Please note that any discounted/sale items and all earrings (due to hygiene and safety) are unable to be returned. Please ensure you choose your items carefully.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Send us a description, your order number and photo/video using our contact form.

If the item is unworn, we’ll offer a replacement, a full refund or store credit.

Note: Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect. This includes:

  • Surface scratches
  • Tarnishing from chemicals (e.g., perfume, lotions, or skincare)
  • Loss of stones or pearls due to regular use

Faults reported outside the 30-day window or not present on delivery cannot be returned or refunded.
