There are two ways to measure find ring size:

Inside Diameter

Measure the inside diameter of a ring you already own. 

Finger Circumference

1. Wrap a measuring tape around your finger for an accurate size. If you don’t have one, use a piece of string, floss, or paper and then compare it to a ruler.

2. Ensure your fingers are at their usual size when measuring. Keep in mind that cold weather can cause them to shrink, while heat, alcohol, exercise, or bloating may also make them swell.

3. If your knuckles are larger, consider opting for a slightly bigger size to ensure the ring slides on comfortably.
